Living with an ADHD Partner/Spouse

Living with an ADHD partner or spouse? Do you need insight into what
ADHD is and how to understand why your partner does (or doesn’t do!) certain things? Is your partner off the charts loveable one minute and infuriating the next? In this workshop, I aim to you bring deeper understanding of ADHD so that interactions in your relationship will start to make sense. But most importantly, you will learn how to pay less attention to the ADHD traits and focus more on your partner’s loveable qualities.

ADHD/ADD and losing weight

Losing those extra kilos is hard for everyone, but if you have ADHD/ADD then you have a double load to bear.
To successfully drop the excess weight, you need massive self-control, discipline, determination, impulse control, focus, planning skills, time-management skills and much more. So, it’s no wonder you struggle to lose weight if you have ADHD/ADD.
In this learning lab, I will look at dieting through the lens of ADHD/ADD. You will learn how to approach your weight loss plan from a new perspective that has a greater chance of success than a neurotypical diet regime. You will learn about impulse control, how to plan for a more structure eating regime, building the discipline muscle, resisting urges etc. It’s a fun, introductory workshop that builds into a 3 month program for those who wish to continue.
