Each person is unique and at a different stage in their life. That’s why I offer the following choice of coaching packages. For example, if your coaching goal is very specific, then precision coaching is for you.
However, if you are ready for deep change and a new direction, then the 12 session package is a better choice.

6 Week Coaching
If you’re focused on a specific goal
and you need help to stay on track.
The precision package includes:
- 90-minute Journey Preparation Session
- 5 x 60-minute Coaching Sessions
- A recap email per session
- Ad hoc Whatsapp accountability texts

12 Week Coaching
If you’re ready for a new direction
and want change that sticks.
This change program includes:
- 90-minute Journey Preparation Session
- 10 x 60-minute Coaching Sessions
- A recap email per session
- Ad hoc Whatsapp accountability texts
- Journal to record your insights & progress
- 1 x 60-minute Completion & Next Steps session.
- 1 x Complimentary 60-minute maintenance session
€1,700 (ex BTW/VAT)
Maintenance Coaching
After some time, clients enjoy returning to
coaching for maintenance sessions. This type of coaching is perfect when you experience
changes and new opportunities, or you notice
the resurfacing of old habits or you just want to grow more.
How it works:
You can book a single session or a block of
sessions depending on your needs.
When you use the sessions is up to you. This
could be weekly, monthly or on an ad hoc
basis. Because your coach knows you, there are no set up cost and you simply hit the ground
running. Each session is between 60 – 75
minutes and you receive a summary email after
each session.

- 4-Pack Coaching – €499

Coach On Speed-Dial
How would it feel to have your coach on speed
dial? Having your coach available for those
moments when you simply really cannot wait.
Well now it’s possible!
Jacinta Noonan offers this amazing service, Coach On Speed Dial, available for emergency situations.
How it works:
- You get Jacinta’s support within 48
hours or less, no more waiting for a
week or more - Your issue/crisis can be addressed
when it’s needed most - Great personal insights and growth,

will be there for you in an emergency
